2.Some informations

Programming: Piotr Tracz aka KaeMEGie
Palette : Daniel Kottmair aka DeeKay / Crest

This small tool patches the colors in Miha Peternel's C64s emulator.
You may ask "Why patch colors in C64s - they are good!". Well, I didn't say
they are awful but some graphics looks quite strange under C64s, and there
are much better ones created by DeeKay.

C64sfix can patch C64s v2.0a, 2.5a and 2.52a. If you have some other versions
which my tool doesn't recognize, just send me c64s.exe and I will send you
updated version of C64sfix.

3.Let's patch your C64s!

Just copy c64sfix.exe into C64s directory and start it - don't forget to
copy your C64s.exe into some other directory, just for maximum safe. If you
will get "error: c64s seems to be packed - unpack it first" you must unpack
your c64s.exe first. What that mean? Exe files are very often packed what
makes them smaller and saves free hdd space. Probably your C64s will be
packed by LZexe - to unpack it use LZEXE, UNP or any other unpacker (they
are available on almost every anonymous ftp site). If you has really bad
luck, your c64s may be packed using PKLITE or WWP with unpackable option -
then you has really big problem - try to use some new unpacking tools.

If you will get "error: unknown c64s version - cannot patch it!" you should
send me your c64s.exe and I will send you updated version of c64sfix.

If you are lucky man, your C64s will be recognized correctly, backuped to
c64s.old (keep it in safe!!!), and finally patched. Now you can enjoy the
new colors. That's all!

4.Finishing words

First I would like to say "thank you a lot!" to these people:

Kovcs Balzs aka Joe Forster / STA for his software support
and
Daniel Kottmair aka DeeKay / Crest for giving me his color palette
